In brief
Every kit has a prepaid return label which you can use to send your sample back.
Every kit contains a saliva collection tube, a stabilising liquid vial, an instruction card with your sample barcode, and a prepaid return envelope.
Return postage is included. Please contact us if you do not have a return label or you have lost the original.
Saliva samples in stabilising liquid are not classed as dangerous goods and travel as ordinary mail. Customs forms should say “saliva sample for laboratory analysis, no commercial value”.
