My report is late, missing or won’t open

If the profile is not yet at “Report ready”, the report doesn’t exist yet — the stage is the source of truth, not the email.

If the stage says ready but you can’t see it, you are most likely signed into a different Dante ID than the one that registered the barcode. This happens a lot with family kits.

Reports open in the browser and can be download as a PDF. If the download fails repeatedly, tell us your browser and we’ll email the file directly.
